Making the decision that you, your child, and/or your family could benefit from therapy is one thing, and finding a therapist that is a good fit and scheduling that first appointment is often very difficult. I think the article gives great information on some of the potential barriers individuals face when deciding whether or not to make that first appointment with a therapist.
